Zeev I sort of joking about it being Stuart but, Scruffy did say someone who was attending the closing arguements was buying a very large number of shares based on what they heard.
There was just some speculation it might be Stuart. I try and find a quote for you on the alleged buy.

Here's what Pat reported from the FTC:
I even shared an elevator after lunch with Danforth. I don't recall how the conversation began but I told him that I was on margin for the markman decision and the day the FTC announced their action.
He said something like Rambus isn't the kind of stock you want to be on margin with. Then he asked me if I knew ________ _______.
The _________ _____________ is the guy who had bought the 10,000,000 later in the day.
I commented that I had known of him and had actually just met him that day.
