Float here is 455,990,000 as confirmed by the TA. Any statement to the effect of 600M at this level 500M at that makes no sense as it's higher than the float.
MSMY won't need a promotion, if they get the funding that will lead to posting financials and expansion which will lead to bigger revenue, it's called organic growth.
