Definitely some interesting news. On one hand, if they hadn't submitted the IND on their own over a month ago, this would be considered fantastic news. On the other hand, this PR seems to suggest that their IND application needed additional investigation from the FDA, which could definitely be considered negative. In the end though, it sounds like we won't have a definite answer on approval or not for awhile. Best case scenario they discuss this in the upcoming quarterly update, which should hopefully be later this month.
