I've learned not to make too much of address matches, but NWOG Saratov address matches Neftepolis, Rosneft's former insurance company. Don't know exactly what that would mean, probably nothing.

Now that there seems to be a Jazfunk relationship with maria, I'm going to try to start an e-mail correspondence with her with an eye on understanding the company history better, or at least with some confirmations so it isn't all speculative. I hope she will agree to do this.

Maybe Malyshev was saying that Oil India is still possible with other acquisitions than udemertneft - - or maybe the state doesn't intend to permanently hold assetts and wants to privatize fields, but in an orderly manner and took udmertneft for this reason - - but this still doesn't explain the chinese.
