By actually reading the documents that another person posted you can clearly see that the HALB is the surviving entity and we are getting current.

Problem there is this board and what is getting current with OTCM is not the same company and the one getting current is fraudulent because it has no trading ticker from FINRA because that belongs to Halb Transition Corp which merged into Alaric Corp. Halberd no longer exists as a publicly traded company.
