Well that's pretty DAMN important information don't you think. If it is a mistake he should be sued for it as I am very sure many sold based on the new outstanding number in his published shareholders letter.
The dumbshi? better publish a public correction soon to avoid causing more severe damage then he has already caused.
I had a few friends invested here that own such few shares they are riding it out even with my warnings. What a sad CEO!!!
