Actually, the Google Play store has a link to privacy policy for every app. It is required by Google to list the app. In American Green's case it just goes to the website which has no privacy policy listed for the AGM.

We don't allow apps that facilitate the sale of marijuana or marijuana products, regardless of legality.
Here are some examples of common violations:

Allowing users to order marijuana through an in-app shopping cart feature.

Facilitating the sale of products containing THC.
