That would be more bad news. From what I understand TDA should be one of very few brokers without issues. Except they don't accept customers from Europe.

Foget Fidelity, that is no good, no use platform and whoever told you that can't buy from TDA is not telling the truth to you.


I have a friend that has bought close 60,000 shares with TDA.

I bought through TDA, but if they(friends) just deposited their fund it may take a few days to settle through their clearinghouse.I hope this is the case for them?

I just tried to place an order on TDA and it took my order without issue. Is it possible they did not have funds cleared yet?

I have Vanguard and TDA. Previously on Vanguard I was able to buy non-reporting OTC stocks. I'm no longer able to buy. I haven't tried selling yet. As for TDA there hasn't been a problem.
