I don’t know how much I agree with the statement that India and China have no reason to report incorrectly. Trading as in import and exports I think do pose a possibility and continuing trade without reasons for interruptions. China I do believe is not being accurate for their own ccp issue/reasons, India I’d more lean to trusting, but public health in much of India is very poor to where tracing just won’t be done. Your reference to Medicare reasoning specifically on reasons to false report, I do agree there’s really no reason unless this was used as a population burdening reason and they don’t want to say it publicly. Why do I say that? I grew up in a communist country. So I first hand understand that as a possibility, though I don’t know more than anyone else. I simply am willing to try and remain neutral and just wouldn’t be shocked is all. Please take these statements as a matter of personal opinion only
