That's still my range. Possibly over-shooting to $7 on irrational exuberance (which is common in $FNMA), but that would be short lived and sold into.

Scary to see so many people that are happy with this ruling from Sweeney thinking it only affects the JPS when in reality it probably hurts Commons more as this can carry over to Washington Federal.

It also prevents Commons from ever challenging the Warrants as that would be a direct claim.

Reality will sink in soon enough. And that reality is no bueno amigos :-(
