This? from two months, ago? Ha! They've been blabbering about it since December.

Here is the update on the tender offer we have made for the 38.5 million shares of both restricted and free trading but not on deposit. We had sent the offer to 108 shareholders on 2 mailings, the second fully registered. 70 of the 108 were undeliverable. The majority of these people were holders from the 2010 time frame. We have commitments for 7 million shares almost entirely free trading. In discussion for an additional 6 million. At this point investigating other methods to get new addresses of undeliverables Will provide an update shortly.
