Close, but no cigar. I think we may have at least another minisurge before we fail, and unless that EPC gets down there near the .4, retrench may still be mild. Just reestablished third NTRI here at $64.05. I hope I want it. The ISEE for instance is in the low 100 (132) and all three moving averages are around there, you really want an excursion above 200 to get bearish.
