Judge Sweeney's expressed opinions do count. And we know she is eager to share her thoughts on this government swindle. When she gets to Washington Federal she is sure to note that from the exercise of the warrants, Fannie only receives $45K instead of fair value of $28 billion. Freddie only receives $26K instead of $17 billion.

Won't be hard to prove fraud by the Conservator. Especially given attached statement from the Regulator's wensite:

Well, Washington Federal is court of claims and I don’t think Sweeney can stop the exercise of the warrants - as I said - though she might be able to give monetary damages after a trial.

Exactly right.

There was also a lot of common nonsense about Sweeney possibly overturning the entire conservatorships, much of it over on Seeking Alpha. That argument was incorrect for the same reason: Sweeney's court doesn't have the authority to do that.
