I ran Heddle's word salad thru the Turbo Encapsulator and here's what's legal:

by filing an 8-K today, he can avail himself of a 45 day extension in filing the Q ,due today, until June 29th---this extension effectively moves the due date out 45 days---at that point, if a further delay is necessary, he can grab another 5 days by filing a NT 10Q on June 30th...

as to the 10K---he already opted for a 45 day extension via his 8-K on 3-31...that extension ended on the new 10K due date today---if he needs a further extension on the 10K, his only option is a NT 10K for 15 days filed tomorrow..
