ADC IPO in September 2019 was going to be $23-$26 per share.

IPO price now to be set on 5/14/20 between $16-$18 per share.

Takes some stones to put out IPO in current climate.

Suggesting they should IPO before June 12

During the last quarter of 2019, the Company received an amount of E111 related to the delivery to Stallergenes of the Company’s Material, and acceptance of the option to extend the exclusivity negotiation period until June 12, 2020 (the “Second Extension of the Negotiation Period”) as per the terms of the “RESEARCH AND OPTION TO LICENSE AGREEMENT” dated September 3rd, 2019.

The LCA has not been executed as of the date this report has been filed and Anergis still has a time limited option to enter into an exclusive license agreement with Mymetics for the use of virosomes in the field of allergies.
