I have held shares in this for a few years. I've seen news like this many times, followed by nothing but more dilution. Forgive me if I've noticed the history of this company and was crazy enough to share what I've seen.

Previous PR's detailed BD committed to funding $1.5 million dollars to close the previously targeted MOU's and acquisitions

1.5B shares were dumped to bring in some money, I see. And it's obvious they didn't get the $1.5M they were hoping to get. The stock price didn't hold up. So, the outstanding share count is 5.375B shares now?
