Put it this way: Technically, it's showing signs that it wants to.

The PPS and the Upper Bollinger Band are on the verge of going north. The upper band itself is already ticking up. Accumulation is evident over the past few days... A little more buying volume is all that is needed here for an upside trend to kick in.
