The RS could be anywhere from

1/2 to 1/25. It could be 1/4 or 1/20. To keep the Nasdaq listing, they need $3. Thus, 1/10 would do it if the price does not improve. A partnership with a major medical company, and the subsequent infusion of cash, could avoid the need for an RS.

To approve a proposed amendment to the XpresSpa Group, Inc. Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation to effect a reverse stock split of our issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock, at a ratio of between 1-for-2 and 1-for-25;
