Im just guessing here(food for thought), but they are doing a Buy back, it might not be in the companies best interest to let everyone know. Including a possible short!

Credibility 101: Where's the PROOF to the dilution taking place?

Im not saying it is not POSSIBLE, but you stated it as if it were FACT. I want to see where you got this FACT. Remember it must be believable.
