I'm just relaying my experience. I can't speak for many of us.

I'm confused about your message though. You recommend that we call him but then argue he is too busy to reply (and that is your excuse for no reply). Then you bring up what you call the 'reach around program', which is already overdue, and we are supposed to wait for that.

It's just excuses IMO.

By the way, one of the reasons for having TA and BA on board is to offload these kinds of mundane things so that he is not bothered by everyone. If the TA wasn't gagged we wouldn't be having this debate.

It does indeed make sense. However JP has not delivered on that yet. T/A is gagged. Obviously there is some level of diluting going on. This may be major diluting or palatable diluting. When the stockholders and others considering this stock are left in the dark it contributes to a pizz poor pps.This issue can be cleared up with order from JP.He must ungag the T/A.
