The SUBSEQUENT EVENTS section of the next 10Q due on Friday will be the most valuable part of the whole financial statement. Its quite obvious that PRED has no retort for the SEC allegations mentioned in the suspension otherwise PRED would have already issued a 550 to have the suspension reversed. 3 other tickers that weren't even SEC filers but had also received SEC suspensions have filed 550s already.
Maybe that is why the company is holding off on any news. Get the earnings out of the way then start coming out with the announcements. Zack's put a 1.00 price on pred. That is without mentioning the kits. With the kits now in play 3.00 looks very realistic. I am low balling.
Some people think pred is worth much more. However, at 3.00 anyone who has averaged down will now be making money. Actually a lot of us will be making money at 1.75.
