~ JJ', I'm Trying To Be 100% Objective With an Application of Past Events, and Where We' Are To The Present Tense ~

... The March of 2012' Reorganized WMI', Has Been Purposely Transitioned Into Our Current Company' ... WMIH-Corp and its Subs', ... with (the)*Mr Cooper Group filing with the SEC as the companies "registrant", ... Along With That "Actual Fact", any original WaMu aligned ABS-Cert "Packaged Trust", has been diminishing in monthly' producing value, ever since early 2007 and before' ... (as I've posted, many are trackable) ...

So, what I have been doing, is simply applying the original debt offerings and their securitization process pre bankruptcy', ... and what was able to be purchased' ... associated with the continued litigation and the values diminishing' ...

WMI Commons' ... were listed in the original bk filing after the TPG dilution', ...

WMB TPS' ... went through the "Exchange Event" @ 8:00am pre bk filing, and ultimately lost their argument to stay with WMB, and were ruled to have transitioned into a WMI Preferred (Plan 7 class 19's) at the 2008 Exchange Event, ... and' ... were also listed in the original filing for bk' ...

WMI Preferred Equity', ... the P's and K's WERE NOT listed as a claimant in the original filing for bk' ...

WMB Notes', ... were always kept' segregated from the WMI bk's and stayed within the seized bank WMB', which will eventually complete the transition to JPMC' ...

... So ?, ... what's left of the WMI related "Trusts" that have been allowed to diminish in productive value ever since their 2007 and earlier packaging ... ? ... and, as always I try to be realistic ?, ... and, how much have the "Debentures", Earned, which are Owned By The Company, But Produce For The WMI Common Share "Stockholders", Point Three ONLY' ... ? ...

anyhew', I can read and sequence the (the)*Mr Cooper Group's SEC Filings, In Their Entirety', and there has been an extreme attempt to put the SEC Allowances to the "walk a fine line" test' to withhold and subdue information, ... Yes, ... "Financial information" ... and everyone obviously waits together' ... me toooooo'
