... the difference is the current “Corporate Structure”, ... where reorganized WMI, “WMIH-Corp” remains the Parent, ... and the SEC allowances are being utilized to file the SEC financials, ... using “ONLY” the (the)*Mr Cooper Group as the “registrant” ...

Again, the original Holding Company’s are now gone’, ...

Actually, whether one likes what has happened or not ?, ... that is the Delaware Chapter 11 Filing “Process”, ... if’ a company’s plan of reorganization is accepted by the Court, ... then the reorganization comes first, the acceptable plan is fulfilled, creditors paid etc., ... and finally the BK’s are subsequently “closed” ...

Now regarding (the)*Mr Cooper Group trading as symbol “COOP”, ... ? ... Well, the parent company, reorganized WMI, “WMIH-Corp”, ... is well within the SEC allowances, to file under one of its subsidiaries as the “registrant”, ... IF ? ... there are parent corporation “assets” and “values” ... that remain under the government control ... our company is not the only one that files it’s financials in this fashion ...
