U. S. District Court Dismisses Lawsuit Filed Against DarkPulse, Inc.

The United States District Court for the Southern District of New York grants DarkPulse, Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss lawsuit on all claims

NEW YORK, March 05, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DarkPulse, Inc. (OTC Markets: DPLS) (“DarkPulse” and the “Company”), a full-suite engineering, installation and security management solutions provider, today announced that the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York granted the Company’s motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed against the Company. In a scathing opinion, the presiding U.S. District Court Judge dismissed all of the plaintiffs claims in the lawsuit.

“The resounding dismissal by the U.S. District Court resolves in our favor a lawsuit which we believed from the beginning had no foundation in law or fact, and represented nothing more than a frivolous harassment lawsuit filed by the plaintiffs,” said Dennis O’Leary, CEO and Chairman of DarkPulse. Mr. O’Leary continued, “We are extremely pleased to have won our motion to dismiss this lawsuit on all claims, and we look forward to continuing the business of the Company without further management distraction.”

LOL!!! Of course, it’s a company in South Korea ........ a non-verifiable deal with a non-verifiable company. Wow Dennis learned a lot from his mentor Tom C., how to drum up toxic financing and how to pump out false misleading information ;-)
