Well Stated. I don't know how many newbies on this msg board are going to be conned out of their shares by these incessant short attacks. Breeding fear that people are selling shares in the open market. Almost all of these S-3 statements lately have been for restricted stock regarding compensation or something related to the deals they are making on the clinical trials. The short attacks here are so numerous that its almost becoming white noise.
That is exactly correct. CYDY is obligated to those shareholders holding unregistered securities through private offerings to register those securities so that they are unrestricted and tradable on the open market.
