Well said, and I agree. The app ideally would already be released, as this is an opportune time to gain traction with everyone in quarantine, with nothing to do, on their phones.
Many people have not seen their friends in weeks and it is impossible to meet new people during this time. The app solves that issue.
A Ryan Homes executive (NYSE: NVR - multi-billion $ company) coming on board to team up with Bob and Sinacori Builders is impressive. Will be interesting to see if any developments with Ryan Homes come to fruition.
