Were there any signs ARYC would be suspended and relegated to the greys? Did this appear to be a sound investment at one time?

as we all know this is just a piece of useless junk

a) no financials in 6 yrs though promised many times by mark the head liar and with the help of his cohorts

b) several law suits ( guessing my to come and deservedly so)

c) last two auditors quit

d) down to the gray sheets without any explanation from the
gutless wonder who runs this so called company . any ethical
businessperson would have explained what happened but not
mark and his lying cohort posse
