I've asked you for your own personal reasons for regarding this as a "fairy tale." So far, the answer has been to refer to perceived lack of action by others. Not enough for me. The science and engineering, the credentials of those who have collaborated in the past, and the results that have been reported are all significant.
The fundamental concepts seem sound to me, and I think Diwan has the background and skill to guide the work.
And, I'm extremely skeptical of the business practices demonstrated so far.
