Here you go buddy it was filed March 24th and the first tench has been funded and will be announced by May 31st hell we could be bought out by then ! There is some serious negotiations taking place right now and the price of the stock is a bigger factor in determining what someone will pay / how much they will invest in a company

Notice the last two PRs were put out on the globe wire ( costs 3500 per PR ) compared to 200 for OTC sure . As I said they are at the table negotiations a potential but out of stake I nthe company the s4 when it reveals who is behind the curtain and how much and what amount of shares was / will be purchase this will be over bro



Xalles currently has a pipeline of 15 acquisition candidates and is in negotiations with 6 of those companies now. The businesses in which we are in negotiations with include eCommerce platforms, eProcurement, sales organizations, payment platforms, and cyber security companies. Xalles expects to announce 2 or 3 acquisitions during the second quarter of this year.
