Well I believe most everything in there except what you put in was done by mods that are no longer here so removing it shouldn't be an issue. Most doen't really apply now anyway. Warning about Tim? He shouldn't even be an issue since he turned over his controlling shares. Supposedly!
Was just looking at the last filing and it appears Tim still has a %5 interest in the company. Also is=was supposed to turn over his 15m shares of restricted shares. Him still having some ownership doesn't bod well with trying to get the judge to or whoever to make him responsible for the 500k fine imo.
