Diwan isn't a scientist.

He is someone who got a PhD in engineering, and engineering is not science.


Nor has he ever published anything in the peer reviewed scientific literature, and someone who has never made a scientific contribution certainly can't be called a "scientist", even if his PhD had been in science rather than engineering.
