My thoughts are similar. Remdesivir has the Anti Viral component. OK Fine Brilacidin also has it plus Anti Inflammatory and Immunomodulatory Properties.

Will also calm the Cytokines Storm the body goes into with this CV.

Modeled after Host Defense Proteins (HDPs), the “front-line” of defense in the body's innate immune system, it is a synthetic, non-peptidic small molecule that kills pathogens swiftly, significantly reducing the likelihood of drug resistance developing. Just as importantly, Brilacidin functions in a robust immunomodulatory capacity, lessening inflammation and promoting healing.

Remdesivir aint got anything close to that.

Maybe they pair it but I am certain they will do a Side by Side lone wolf comparison in addition to the placebo group.

Bottom line lets get these Human Cell lining results and put us in Coach.

The question we will all be looking for the answer to is the BP Swamp more powerful that a Pandemic Killer. Will they take Brilacidin's pending success story on the chin or will they pressure to force a Buyout. If buyout is forced it better be one of the largest ever recorded.

We can hope. I know a person who owned a small engineering firm (hundreds of employees but not thousands) and they competed against McDonnell Douglas and others for a tow behind sonar design and build. His company had the best design and the best price but the government wasn’t going to award him the contract. He asked why and they couldn’t answer so he threatened to sue. That night he gets a call from a top military officer telling him to make the problem go away. He went in the next day and learned the only way he would get the contract would be to hire the larger company as a subcontractor.

I can see something like that happening to (or for?) IPIX. I agree it would be annoying. As to my acquaintance, he was annoyed enough to sell his company, although at a great benefit since he did get the contract.

Pete, as nasty as that sounds, I'd gladly take it. If the Oxford vaccine is real, and we will see in upcoming months, the time value of covid-19 treatments will be fast shrinking, though the only one to date is a rather modest Remdesivir. But some others will no doubt pop up in the upcoming months.

Remdesivir took the starring role in this Weekend at Bernie’s redux, (with a little help from its friends, Fauci, et al). They’ve gotta work fast, though. Thing’s liable to attract blow flies. I wouldn’t put it past them to brew up 9 parts Brilacidin to 1 part Remdesivir and call it “Remdesivir Plus”. To be fair, every good drug has its inert ingredients.

Hello Pete. On Fox News Channel about 5 minutes, Dr Aneesh Mehta said that using Remdevisir alone would only be able to Knock down the virus infection but it would not be enough by itself but instead they are looking to combine Remdesivir with an anti inflammatory and immunomodulator type drug.

Sounds more and more like Brilacidin is getting a lot of attention behind the scenes!!!
