BUT let me even question that they own this.

First DIGG says they are starting a JV, Green Harbour Energy
& Farming. with a legit company called Nova Stone Exporters, Inc. http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=15461550

They follow up
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=15461574 and clain 500 Million tons and shipments to commence Jan 05 and it will be a JV with DIGG owning 75% of sub and Nova owning 25%.

BUT even funnier is as you can see fior the DEED at the bottom opf the last post that GREEN Harbour and a VULCAN contracting are owners. so that would only make DIGG a 37.5% owner - Minor point. I'll make it easy for you

Vulcan and Nova owned by same people so we will overlook that minor issue excpet the JV, Green Harbour Energy
& Farming. well it in revoked in both Nevada and Nova Scotia.
