Don't kill the messenger. Read the info supplied above re the option the company has (under stated market conditions of the stock price at a stated level for a stated period of time) to call in warrants and pay the holder $0.01/warrant.
Those conditions required for that penny buy-back can't be fulfilled overnight, 20 trading days is minimal, so a warrant holder will have time enough to assess what's happening with NKLA stock price and exercise his warrants (profitably, we hope) before they are called in @ $0.01/warrant.
