Was their update as positive as the one they gave in 2016, claiming "Human trials scheduled for 2016-2017"?

Or as positive as their 2006 update claiming three drugs would be in Phase-III clinical trails by 2009?

Did they explain how they're going to continue to operate, given they have no money left, after squandering $100M, with much of that ending up in Diwan's personal bank account?
