Avvaa is most likely not diluting. Most likely no one there to do that. How can a company that is dead as you claim with no CEO and no employees issue any shares? All the shares being traded are old market shares nothing illegal about that.

I-Glow, very important facts you are lacking...

I think it is important to get some facts out for those who might come to this forum to read and try to get a fair idea for what's going on.

I think it is important to understand that it is up to my discretion for what or when I decide to post any due diligence (DD). This naturally goes for everyone else too for when one would decide to share any DD on their own accord.

I have never advised anyone to buy AVVH. I simply shared why I made the decision to take the risk as you have shared why you have chosen not to take the risk. We all have the responsibility for making our own decisions to buy or not. I respect both sides. As I have stated numerous times, I'm simply taking the risk that AVVH will turn out to be very real as I have stated within the post below:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=155165011

AVVH is not revoked per the SEC pursuant to Section 12 of the Exchange Act. If it was, then it would be trading illegally as you continue to incorrectly state. AVVH is fine. Or, please post the proof of such. You can't because... AS OF TODAY... such is not the case.

However, AVVH is revoked with its state registration within the state of Nevada. That's a huge difference. The state of Nevada (NV) is not a regulatory authority as like how the SEC is. Being revoked within the NV SOS are not grounds for a stock to not trade. Lots of stocks fit into this category and all that is needed is for the company to pay its fees to its SOS (of which its registered) and file its one or two page annual reports (much different from the annual reports as part of a company's financials). There might be couple of other minor things to be done through its Resident Agent, but it varies from state to state.

Please stop incorrectly scaring people.
