Companies with a net worth of over $400M don't go bankrupt, and it is ridiculous to suggest they'd even try it. Their creditors would object and have them tossed out on their heels from bankruptcy court.

They can re-organize all they want without court approval if they're still solvent.

I keep think things can't get more absurd...

Well lets see . The first sale was a failure. If that had happened it would have been only months . The liquidation of the assets took much longer as everything needed to be shut down . The plant closed employees fired. Rotting corn sludge shipped to the dump . Whinning shareholders holding things up . As a matter of fact every extension was plainly spelled out and approved by the court . And in not a one of those motions was a fantasy land mega million dollar buyout ever mentioned. But feel free to post if you can . But we know that will never happen.
