Yeah, and now they’ve latched onto that lawsuit as “evidence” the parent company wasn’t included in the liquidation when it VERY CLEARLY was. That 6th monitor’s report has 100 pages of items sold in the liquidation, and it includes the patents and other items that were in BioAmber, Inc.’s name. That is absolutely undeniable, and all that it takes is actually reading through it.

The Twitter DD Fabrication Team has to find some angle that will keep at least some of the followers on board, pretty tough to find marks that will believe a dead, empty, bankrupt, liquidated, cashless, revoked company has a value of over $500M in a buyout.
