And you do know he said no help for servicers. He also said early 1Q for cap rule. We know how this is turning out and he doesn’t discuss court cases, which are immensely important. He only speaks to what he can control.

Right - I was in the same room with him when he actually said very early in first Q for the Cap rule. I took this to mean like before Jan 15th. So I know it was ready to go - there has been some speculation about the holdup. And now May is upon us - so we will see. As to court cases - he can aknowledge that they exist - but that's all he would be told he should do - if he did not know this already.

As to windfall - right - at this point I will even take a breezefall.
