It was NOT a subsidiary of Nobelpharma, Japan. They just recently set up a subsidiary in the US (Nobelpharma America, LLC) to help with selling their drugs in this country, but they own it and aren't giving it away to the bagholders of this empty company.
As you can see by history Mr. Michaels creates wholly owned US based subsidiaries for large pharmaceutical companies vested in large valued biomedical assets for market. Multi Million dollar deals with billion dollar pharms is massive here.
