Well if past history of deals through Nobelpharma USA to the mother company in Japan is any indication I think we’re in good hands. Michael’s history of deals brings in biomedical assets that are in different stages of development and valuations that are then either partnered or sold to large pharma companies and brought to market. He used Noblepharma USA as a private entity before so I can see him using it again but this time through a publicly traded shell. Only indicates to me it will be multiple assets that are being brought in. Either way there will be some large valuations.
