I would recommend getting either vaccine with knowledge that it could miss the strain and you’ll get sick anyway.

I’ve never got the flu shot and I’ve not had the flu for 32 years. Granted I live an alternative lifestyle that focuses on proper diet and herbal assistance. Not all can do that so I support getting the vaccine.

I would consider getting the Covid vaccine but I suspect I’ve already had Covid. Not serious symptoms just a cough and really tired for 3 days. Most tired I’ve EVER been. Lol.
