Problem is BV that they did nothing the SEC would be concerned about. Pink sheets are allowed to dilute to run the business.
There are a lot of worse cases out there. Some are in the billions of shares, Total printing presses. Look at PLNI if you want to see dilution on a massive scale.
our pressure has to focus on management. Just because they print shares, they still have to be sold into the market. We tell them that if they print, we will make it harder for them to get them to market.
BVdog, I am in the US and have been reading this board for about a month. I wasn't aware it existed until someone else turned me onto it. I will be filing my SEC form soon. I am not an MDFY employee. If I were I would have my hands around some throats there!!!
