Interesting. I wonder if that means the Soulshine companies don’t want to be part of this mess.

I was never certain the Cannabis part of his business was included - the one that appeared to be making actual money.
I also felt the biggest hurdle on this conglomerate of companies supposedly being added to this shell would be dividing up who got one. Figured there would be some disagreements there along the way amongst the different companies.

Something was going on behind the scenes causing people to leave.
And this recent lawsuit might have been the straw that broke the camels back.
