THEY GOT CLASS 19 LEGACY OWNERSHIP, that IS what ALLOWED them to get their 1.4 mill shares ON TOP OF THEIR CLASS 19 LEGACY positions!
Just like everyone here THAT got shares for their OLD positions but they retained their old legacy MARKER positions as well JUST EXACTLY LIKE EVERYONE HERE DID THAT SIGNED TIMELY WITH THE OWNERSHIP CHANGE
The 1.4 mill shares doesn't really concern me much at all, IT IS THEIR POSITION IN LEGACY values that concerns me and as well others
If all they got were the DEE shares and HAD NO LEGACY PREFDS MARKERS HOSEN and the JUDGE would have blown her out of the water on THAT POINT ALONE, They have legacy CLASS 19 markers just like you do!!!!!!!! and got shares just like you did for those
