Ha! Finally some good discussion on this stock!
Balance sheet, assets, trends, and management = strong stock.
WMB: good balance sheet. Good assets. Strong future trendline. Questionable management.
Some very poor choices, including poison pill (over reaction) and litigation against ET. These two items alone raise questions about motivations and capabilities of Chairman and CEO.
