VRTX was sneaky to not say how the PCR-negative % in today’s PR was calculated. I’m assuming that the 88% number is per-protocol rather than ITT, but I’m giving VRTX the benefit of the doubt by assuming that the dropouts would not have changed the number unduly if the patients in question had completed 12 weeks of treatment.

For the SVR12 and SVR predictions we are making, the numbers should of course be ITT. My bad for not specifying that up front.
