VASO, the entire volume since the gap up was about 3.7 million on VASO if I can trust my charts. So if you alone sold 2 million shares I think it's getting pretty obvious why the stock couldn't move beyond 4 cents. From the 3.7 million there is at least 500k or so IMO volume printed from market makers, so that leaves 3.2 million. Deduct some traders trading a few shares back and forth and that doesn't leave many other sellers out there.
