More to the point is why Kenny promised clinical to start in Q3 2015, and EOY 2016? Then suddenly discover pre-clinical tests were required in 2017?
that's where. Phase 1 doesn't even stand a chance this is so poorly run and concocted.
Yes, it's still possible for Kenny to screw up on submitting even a Phase 1. Difficult to do, but still possible to screw it up. Remember how they asked for another pre-IND, and were turned down? As in oops... we're not sure what tests are needed.
