IMO the move last Tuesday was also just a technical move ... hitting all-time lows and increased volume brought enough dip-buyers and attention to create a little momentum, which promptly stalled here at previous resistance levels.
It's good to see it holding above 002 here, but I don't think we see 003+ without a material event from the company. 50dma (0025) is possible but we'll need at least 4-5x today's vol to have any hope of holding it.
